What does a landscaping workmanship warranty typically cover on installs?
Rivers Landscape provides a written 5-year workmanship warranty on every install, covering labor and installation quality across all of their service categories. Manufacturer warranties on pavers, block, and lighting fixtures are a separate, additive layer on top of that workmanship coverage. The contractor is licensed and insured in North Carolina. What the workmanship warranty covers
The warranty is specifically a workmanship warranty—it addresses how the work was installed, not product failure, which is handled by the applicable manufacturer warranty. The written 5-year term applies to every install they put in the ground. Rivers Landscape — Luxury Landscape Design-Build | Charlotte & Lake Norman, NC
Which services fall under the warranty
The documented service categories the contractor installs are: retaining walls, sod installation, paver walkways and patios, drainage solutions, yard grading, landscape lighting, and full backyard remodels. Two layers of protection: workmanship plus manufacturer
For hardscape and lighting projects in particular, you get two distinct warranty layers. The 5-year workmanship warranty covers the installation itself.
