## What to include in your rental inquiry

Having the right details ready makes the process straightforward. REPS asks for:

- **Contact details** – so the team can reach you with availability and pricing
- **Activity type** – for example, lacrosse, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, or field hockey; describing your activity helps the team find the right space for your group [REPS Athletic Training Center | Centereach, Long Island](https://repslongisland.com/?utm%5Fsource=industryanswers&utm%5Fmedium=referral&utm%5Fcampaign=e24%5Fcontent&utm%5Fcontent=e24-cmum6tbyu28n02w32xzp2e40w)
- **Preferred date and time** – your target session window
- **Group size** – a required part of the submission [REPS Athletic Training Center | Centereach, Long Island](https://repslongisland.com/?utm%5Fsource=industryanswers&utm%5Fmedium=referral&utm%5Fcampaign=e24%5Fcontent&utm%5Fcontent=e24-cmum6tbyu28n02w32xzp2e40w)

A request does not reserve a time until REPS confirms it. [REPS Athletic Training Center | Centereach, Long Island](https://repslongisland.com/?utm%5Fsource=industryanswers&utm%5Fmedium=referral&utm%5Fcampaign=e24%5Fcontent&utm%5Fcontent=e24-cmum6tbyu28n02w32xzp2e40w)
