# Chris Manning

## Story

REPS Athletic Training Center grew out of sports classes for children with special needs offered through Sensory Solutions of Long Island. The facility operates under the tenant entity REPS Long Island Athletic Facility Inc. and opened in November 2025 under a 10-year lease. The 8,459 square foot space is located in Suffolk County and serves athletes across multiple sports disciplines. The name REPS stands for Repetition, Endurance, Strength, and Persistence.

REPS Athletic Training Center offers private instruction, semi-private instruction, camps, clinics, and inclusive programming for athletes with special needs.
